An outline of our advisor coaching program....

1. Initial consultation.  This normally takes 30 minutes and is done by teleconference.  The program is outlined and the goal is to make sure that the advisor is aligned with the focus of the approach and understands how the program works.  This is a free consultation available to any interested advisor and can be booked by contacting us.

2. Program initiation.  There are three parts to the program initiation:

  • A questionaire for the advisor and team to fill out prior to commencement
  • A two-hour coaching meeting or teleconference with Barry LaValley to review existing programs and curremt marketing materials (supplied in advance by advisor)
  • A written implementation plan supplied to advisor within one week of coaching meeting.  This plan will cover  your mission statement and value proposition, the text  and look of your web site, the text and look of your brochure, your share-of-wallet strategy, your prospecting strategy and your COI strategy.  Other elements of the implementation program are your client education program, your client contact program and your COI contact program.

3. Client Discovery session.  This is a one-hour tele-workshop outlining the LifeFirstApproach to client discovery and introducing the discovery tools.  This session normally takes place in the second or third week of the program or can be combined with the program initiation meeting.

4. Follow up sessions.  These are ninety-minute teleconference sessions and are conducted bi-weekly to the end of the program.  The purpose is to ensure the smooth implementation of the program and setting and measuring intermediate goals along the way.

Note: The advisor has to be satisfied with the coaching program prior to making the last payment.  This is our money-back guarantee that we are proud of our ability to take your practice to the next level using the LifeFirstApproach!
